My son and I stopped in to get an heirloom necklace worked on before he left for college in another week. While it was not expected, the jeweler prioritized this repair and had it completed the very next day. My son was so pleased and we were both blown away by the service and kindness. It looks great!

I had to have the prongs on my very cherished wedding ring replaced. The stone is a unique crystal from the center of a rose quartz that my husband and I found together. I was nervous about leaving it to be repaired, but the jeweler did an amazing job. No chance of losing my special stone now! It also sparkles like never before!

I wanted to just edit my review. My first review was five stars. And it still is 5/5 stars. It’s been an about 1.5 years - 2 years since I’ve been only coming here for any repairs or jewelry shopping. All of the staff are absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable about watches and jewelry! Very professional people, that make you feel like a good friend! The watchmaker is absolutely great! I taken many high-end watches here to get sized or polished his work is absolutely amazing. it’s never over polished and it looks like original! Something that is very important for high-end watches! I’ve recommended many family and friends to come here!

The arm and nose pad for my glasses snapped making it an extremely difficult repair. I was recommended this shop by several eyeglass repair stores because they were the only store who specialized in laser welding. It was a pricy fix but they were done in 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.
